This is a most unusual wine storage unit - a metal Cello. Multi-valued green, handmade Japanese paper is the faux under the design. This provides the natural basecoat for all the leaves. Cascading grapes and leaves wind their way down the cello sides while framing three insets. The top inset feautures a mini trompe l'oeil design of a wine glass and antique books. The other two insets feature more of natures natural nectars, choke cherries and dandelions. Using my Canvas and Trompe L'Oeil technique on the 36' X 1.75' design, that repeats on both sides.

The design features 'natures natural light source', the lightening bug, as part of the pathway of yellow. The faux is a faux metal effect, to match the rest of the metal table.
